                This quest isawful and thats coming from someone who goes tomany medical offices. They lock the quest floor toprevent “too many people” while the other floors and elevators are overflowing with patients from all the offices including quest. They are the only office todoso, maybe due toQuest prodecures? Iwouldnt mind this ormake afuss ifit weren't for inefficient the process toget tothe labwas: multiple employees seem annoyed when you ask how toget tothe floor and I'm certain theyget asked all the time, and signs state that aguard will let youin, but the guard isnever there and ifyou have anappointment like Idid thatday, you get confused and concerned. The guard onduty (FJC Security Services) was sorude when asked about the format, hedoesnt have updated papers with patient info sohe can't find the names ofthose with appointments like hesaid hedid, and you just end upin cramped conditions inand out ofthe quest office regardless ofthis process. Again, Imused towaiting inmedical offices and dont mind and imused tonew processes from COVID and that iscompletely understandable, but you have todo these prodcedures have tobe logical for the safety ofpatients and staff and abit ofpatience really goes alongway.
                Even after Igot tothe quest, Ihad towait anyway(nothing new for quest labs). Iput insurance info onthe website tospeed upthe process but had touse myinsurance card anyway. When Iasked why and what was the point ofthe online check insystem (i just wantedto, honestly), the tech Suelibeth looked atme like Iwas foolish for wanting toknow and didnt answerme. Idont know why they were sorude. Itwas just areally depressing experience and even when Itried tobe pleasant and polite, Ifelt like Iwas intruding onsomething. This ismy first bad review ofanything and Ireally think this quest and the parent company should try harder toshow some compassion, especially inthe medical field.

                  It's because ofQuest that Ihad toscramble and reschedule myflight toEurope last minute. They advertise next day results but that's alie. Ifyou call there isnobody topick upand speakto. The only pleasant experience was interacting with the very nice employee who took the swab, but ifyou need acovid test for atrip, gosomewhere else but Quest.

                    Appoint at3pm and they close at3:30pm. Reached there at3pm and the elevator isalready closed. Noway tocontact the building. What's the point ofappointment then? Leave early, understandable but weshould have been informed. Wouldn't waste time coming all the way here.

                        I would give ita zero ifI could. Ihad the worst experience ever here. The staff were rude and unprofessional, has zero empathy and care for the patients. The person incharge pretended that she could not understand myEnglish, which isnothing but humiliating. AVOID THIS PLACE!

                          Do not come here.Why?
                          — There isno reception desk toask questions
                          — They don't prioritize walk-ins atall
                          — People with appointments were being seen much later than their scheduled time
                          — The nurse isextremely rude and will try towalk away from you and nearly yell atyou when you ask when they can see you

                          Initially was told Iwould wait 45min to1hrfor being awalk-in. Iwaited for 1hr 45min and left after abad encounter with the nurse, after she said that they had noplans tosee me

                          as long asthere were people with appointments. Ifthat's the case, why even allow walk-ins? They clearly have noregard for others' time, are short staffed, and seem tobe mismanaged asthere were way too many people (upstairs waiting room, downstairs waiting room, and lobby) than they could handle.– show

                                Unfortunately myblood draw was very painful and myarm has amassive bruise with pain throughout myarm even 4days later. I’ve had myblood drawn indifferent places (not previously ata quest) monthly for 6years soI’m very use toit and don’t mind the mild discomfort. This was different and not done correctly. Iwill not begoing back toa quest diagnostic for future testing.

                                  It’s not really along queue but the people who work inthis facility are really slow, mostly chitchatting. Myappointment was11:30am, waiting atthe groundflr, got upin their floor at12pm. Still waiting tobe called. Around12:45pm the lady called myname and asked for myinsurance card and the request from the doctor. Ishowed itto her inmy phone but she said tosend itin her email.Now, ittook awhile ofwaiting again. At1:15pm, ispoke with one ofthe staff and following upwhy Ihasnt been called again. Then few mins the lady came and said imsorry wedo not accept the document you sent mein email, weneed arequisition from your doctor. Itwas1:30pm atthat time. IWASTED 2HOURS WAITING FOR NOTHING. Myblood test isonly Vitamin Dlevel and ittook me2hours for them totell methat they cant doit because they need this requisition from mydoctor. She could have told methat from the beginning. Instead ofwaiting. Definitely, first and last visit inQUEST DIAGNOSTIC ofany branch. Bad service.– show
