When the kit is delivered to your location, you’ll be ready to get started and there’ll be less for you to worry about.
Every standard kit contains the highest-quality materials and code-compliant components. Everything you need* is delivered to your building location!
*Nails, insulation, doors, windows, post and skirt board protectors, and dry-pour concrete are available to buy separately.
PBS PROVIDES:
- CAD drawing of structure elevation & post location required for building permit.
- E. Stamped roof truss loading certification, if required.
- Complete kit of all materials (minus the nails) needed to construct your pole building as specified and agreed to in a signed contract.
- PBS will warrant all materials delivered to your job site to be free from structural or workmanship defects and reserves the right to replace any material it deems to be less than PBS's high standard. It does not warrant the performance of products handled improperly or installed improperly or installed differently from their intended use.
NOTE: If something is delivered damaged, we will need for you to notify Pole Building Supplies within 48 hours. We will ask you a few questions and ask for pictures of the damaged materials before making further arrangements.

If there are any materials missing, we will need to hear from you within 48 hours of the delivery. PBS is not responsible for items which turn out missing after the 48 hours.

Refund Policy
We have a48 hour return policy. All shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of material. All approved returns on items we keep in stock are subject to a 15% restock fee, minimum $30. Any custom items or items we do not keep in stock cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If the material returned has any visible damage, we cannot issue a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pbsdirect.comor visit our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately - no longer than 48 hours after reception - if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any custom items or items we do not keep in stockcannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
